I did a photo shoot this morning with someone new. Since I have moved to Charlotte I have not shot with anyone until today! I thought it went well, and hopefully I will keep it rolling and continue to do photography again! I feel out of practice, like i may have regressed a little, so hopefully with a bit of shooting I can get my edge back. I am also working on editing photos from a wedding, so I have much work to do!

I also did a drawing today, but I debate submitting it since my page is mainly my photography. I think of making a different page for traditional art and drawings, I have to get my edge back in that genre too!

But it feels good to be doing "art" again! It is a great thing to have in my life.

Don;t forget that you are also a beautiful model and should spend a little time in front of the lens as well :D

I actually did a photoshoot with myself the other day, but I accidentally deleted most of them before I saved them to my computer. Not sure if I will upload either of the shots I did edit, I struggle with self portraits now a lot more than I used to!

Ahh that explains why you where absent for a while.

Rhe nice thing about not having shot for a while is that when you start again you get new fews on composition etc. So don't worry it will only better your work.

Love to see some of your traditional work, good idea to make a separate account for that.

Nice to see you back.

Don't worry about feeling out of practice. I'm sure you'll get back 110% Nicole awesome in no time. :)

As for separating your work, if you want to put it up here without having to deal with creating a different page for it, you could always put it in a scrap book or a special folder for traditional art. Either way, I'm sure all who follow you would love to see your traditional work as well.

Yeah, who knows... I think I am even more critical of my traditional art than I am of my photography, so I am always hesitant to post it.

Certainly understand being critical of one's own work. Even if your work is stick figures, it's still your work. Besides, stick figures are awesome. Just look at XKCD :)

In other words.. Do eet man!
